SPIRITUAL Therapy AND MEDIUMSHIP
BOULDER, CO
Grounded Healing, Spirit‑Led Insight.
A Soul‑Centered Blend of Therapy and Mediumship
Spirit Spiritual therapy brings together the grounded care of traditional psychotherapy with the subtle, otherworldly guidance of mediumship and psychic insight. It creates a bridge between your lived experience and the unseen support that has always walked beside you, inviting healing that transforms your heart and the soul.
This work honors your personal story, trauma, and suffering, while also tending to the deeper longing for purpose, connection, and a sense of belonging to something larger than your day-to-day responsibilities.
In spiritual therapy, we enter a space where emotional insight and spiritual experience coexist. It’s a place where you can explore your inner world while also receiving guidance, clarity, and comfort from the transcendent.
SOUL THERAPY CAN TRANSFORM YOUR LIFE
Untangle long‑held suffering. Ease the loneliness, confusion, and emotional heaviness that often surface in midlife, especially the layers that talk therapy alone hasn’t been able to shift.
Reawaken your sense of purpose. Reconnect with the parts of you that have been quieted by responsibility, grief and loss, or change, supported not only by a therapist but by the wisdom of your own spiritual team.
Unstick what traditional therapy can’t always reach. Find deeper layers of healing through spiritual connection and intuitive counseling, beyond what the analytical mind can untangle on its own.
Reconnect you with your spiritual team and inner spiritual wisdom. Receive messages of love, reassurance, and healing that help you release old wounds, ease anxieties about life and death, and move forward with a greater sense of freedom.
Help you embody spiritual insight. Allow the guidance that comes through mediumship to settle into your daily life, gently shaping your choices, your relationships, and the way you move through the world.
Honor your experience of the sacred—without religion. Whether you resonate with God, Spirit, the universe, or simply consciousness, your language and beliefs are welcomed. This work is non‑religious, inclusive, and grounded in your personal experience of meaning.
step into a more grounded, soulful, and aligned version of yourself.
This is your missing link
I have always sensed there is something more, but I never knew what to call it or how to access it. As a therapist I have spent years watching women understand their patterns with incredible clarity, yet still feel trapped inside them. They could name every wound, every trigger, every loop of anxiety—but without a sense of something larger holding their lives, the heaviness lingered. I understood there was a missing link but could not understand what it was.
Over the years, depth psychology gave me language for the unseen. Jungian thought helped me trust the symbolic, the intuitive, the parts of us that don’t speak in logic. But it wasn’t until I encountered mediumship, first as a client, then as a practitioner, that everything came into focus for me.
Mediumship showed me what therapy alone couldn’t: that healing isn’t just an internal effort. Nor is is only dyadic between the client and the therapist. It’s supported and held by something larger than us when we allow that knowing into the therapy work. When I experienced the presence of ancestors, guides, and a consciousness rooted in enduring love, the work I’d been doing for years suddenly deepened. The stuck places began to shift. The “fixing” softened into remembering.
Now, these two worlds weave together in my work. The therapeutic lens helps you understand your patterns, your pain, and your needs. The spiritual connection helps you shift them, gently, safely, and in ways that feel aligned rather than overwhelming.
If you’re a woman in midlife navigating loss, transition, self‑doubt, or a longing for meaning, this integrated approach can offer something different. Not just insight, but movement. Not just coping, but connection. Together, we invite the kind of guidance that steadies you and helps you step into a more grounded, soulful, and aligned version of yourself.
WHY WORK WITH ME
A dual-trained lens I combine clinical therapeutic training with ethical evidential mediumship and a depth-psychology foundation. You receive care that is both emotionally grounded and spiritually expansive.
Inclusive and non-religious You don’t need to follow any belief system to benefit from this work. If you’ve been harmed by religion or are simply seeking a new way to understand the sacred, you’ll find a compassionate, open space here.
Focused on integration The insights that emerge in this work naturally weave into your everyday life and become part of how you navigate your days; shaping how you relate, how you care for yourself, and how you respond to your unfolding life.
Ethical and safe Spiritual messages are offered within a therapeutic and deeply ethical framework, with attention to your emotional readiness, consent, and personal boundaries.
Insight that steadies you There are no life‑upending directives or looming messages that are often associated with mediumship. Spirit connects from a place of profound love, so there is only guidance that steadies and supports your journey.
Do you offer mediumship readings separate of therapy?
Not at this time. Ethically I combine messages that spirit shares with me for clients who are interested in receiving them as a part of my therapeutic support. If at any point you or I determine you would like a full mediumship/psychic reading, I have a list of referrals that do amazing work. Typically these readings help deepen your therapeutic work even more.
What if I don’t want mediumship/intuitive guidance to be a part of my therapy?
No problem! Some clients feel certain they do not want any mediumship/intuitive guidance and I respect those boundaries—always. Occasionally clients will change their minds and this is something we can discuss in order to help you feel confident in the therapeutic care you receive.
Do you share scary or foreboding messages from spirit?
Never. First of all, spirit speaks and operates in love. When I connect with spirit, I have my own grounding, and protection that I do to ensure I am connecting with that love. The messages that come to me, come through your guides and loved ones who have your highest good as the center of their connection and love for you. Typically they will offer messages of encouragement, affirmation, confirmation of signs that they are present in your life, assurance that you are on the right path or gentle guidance to redirect you or guide you closer to a path that awaits.
What if I had a bad relationship with my loved ones?
You never have to receive a message from or communicate with anyone you are not ready to. I have had some sessions where someone will come through and a client is not ready to talk with them and I gently communicate that and spirit will respect that wish and boundary. There are also times when someone in spirit will convey messages that can be deeply healing to receive after a difficult lifetime with someone. I will always respect your wishes and pacing.
Are you predicting the future?
Never. The future is never written in stone and I am not in the business of predicting anything, nor do I believe that would be ethical or therapeutically helpful.
How does it work?!
There is so much we do not understand yet about consciousness, spirit, and what history has defined as mysticism, I cannot pretend to explain with the mind what I understand with the heart. What do know is that spirit has shown me again and again that it is real, that our guides and loved ones are always with us and desire that connection with us. It is this that has a transformative power that takes therapeutic work even deeper.
