Find yourself in the noise

Therapy for Women, Therapists & Creatives in Colorado

You probably know this story well.

You spend your days providing for everyone—your kids, your partner, your boss, and family. You fear if you were to step away and let go of the proverbial reigns, everything would fall apart. You carry the weight of the world and everyone’s needs and expectations, and somewhere within you, resentment and overwhelm steadily build—you feel like you are losing yourself.

At the end of the day, you find yourself wondering, Is this it? The busyness during the day keeps the emptiness at bay, but old anxieties, grief, wounds, and dreams surface in the silence. You find yourself justifying this struggle, this hollow space, because upon reflection you think, “I have everything I wished for and thought I wanted, so why do I feel so exhausted and disconnected?”

But still, there remains a nagging voice within you yearning for something more, something unrelated to your partner, kids, work, and demands of your life. You crave something deeper and long for something that feels elusive: to live wild and free. To uncover what that means for you, is the journey of a lifetime. One that only you can search for and claim.

reclaim yourself.

Therapy is not reserved for people in crisis. It is a mirror we can use to see ourselves and our lives more clearly.

It is a framework to intentionally create more meaning and purpose in our lives. When we can see our reflection clearly, we can embody our truth instead of living solely for others.

It’s okay to change, to want more, to strive for depth in this one, sweet life. If your heart is whispering (or maybe screaming) that there is more, it is time to listen.

Meet Julie

I believe your soul knows the way.

I know the walk through the pathless woods can feel daunting, because I too have walked it. I am a mother, partner, adoptee, writer, and tireless seeker. I inherently understand the silent struggle of being a woman in our world.

The exhaustion you feel is not imagined or frivolous. You are not broken. You are, and have always been, whole and invaluable. Therapy is not about fixing you, but helping you reclaim yourself

Your wild is indelibly your own and lives in the whispers of the heart, not in the logic of the mind. We will help you hear it, claim it, and follow it. Life is already complicated enough, you deserve to feel wild and free again.
